  • Designed and built the practice’s Landing Zone “stamp factory” — a generalised, CI/CD-managed pipeline (Azure Verified Modules on HCP Terraform) that vends a fully-governed, CAF/WAF-aligned platform & application landing zone in ~4 hours per customer, down from ~3 days of bespoke scripting and manual steps.
  • Sole enterprise-scale Solution Architect and design authority for the cloud practice; own the full Azure delivery lifecycle from pre-sales through design, IaC delivery and handover, and set the practice’s technical direction.
  • Deliver landing zones entirely as code — no ClickOps — with multi-tenant governance: management-group hierarchy, Azure Policy archetypes with targeted overrides (DDoS, private-DNS), and rationalised custom RBAC, CAF/WAF-aligned with RUM sized per landing zone on HCP Terraform.
  • Run technical pre-sales — requirement-gathering and customer design workshops — turning business constraints into priced HLDs and CAF/WAF-traceable LLDs; primary technical escalation through to handover.
  • Helped secure the company’s Microsoft-partner standing and progression toward Enterprise-partner status by improving the speed and success rate of Azure delivery.
